1.GENERAL

  • By accessing this website and/or placing an order and/or requesting a delivery, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set out below (the “Terms and Conditions”). If you do not agree to be bound by the Terms and Conditions you may not use or access this website.
  • By using our website and the services therein, you agree to the Terms and Conditions, and further agree and confirm that:
    • the Terms and Conditions have been duly read and understood by you.
    • The personal information provided upon registration are true, accurate, current and complete in all respects.
    • Any changes to personal information will be notified to us at the earliest by updating the details of your account on the website: www.euphory-garments.com or by contacting us via email: melina.euphory@gmail.com
  • We may change our Terms and Conditions at any time, so please do not assume that the same terms and conditions will apply to future orders/delivery requests. You will be deemed to have accepted such changes if you continue to use this website (or any part of it) or the services provided thereon. We reserve the right to modify or withdraw this website (or any part thereof) without notice to you and we shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification to or withdrawal of the website.
  • It is your responsibility to check regularly the Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to any Terms and Conditions or any change of the Terms and Conditions, you must immediately stop using this website.
  • To the fullest extent permitted by applicable laws, we hereby exclude our liability for any claims, losses, demands, or damages of any kind whatsoever with respect to the website, the information included therein, the use thereof and/or the services provided by us including, without limitation, direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential losses, or damages, whether arising from loss of profits, loss of revenue, loss of data, loss of use or otherwise and whether or not the possibility of such loss has been notified to us.
  • In using our website and our services:
    • you expressly authorise us to process your personal data, which data shall be processed in accordance with the applicable data protection laws and with our Data Protection Policy which you may access here ;
    • you confirm having read and understood the Data Protection Policy.

 2.PRODUCT AVAILABILITY

  • You are reminded that our products are subject to availability and may, although having been included in your order, not be available at the time of despatch. If this is the case, you will be notified and your invoice will be modified accordingly.
  • We reserve our right to limit the quantity of any product for orders.
  • We shall not be held liable in any manner whatsoever with regards to unavailability of products.

 3.CANCELLATION

  • Notice of an order cancellation must be made by writing to melina.euphory@gmail.com or by contacting us on 58540666 at least 1 working day before the scheduled delivery. Upon valid cancellation, we will process the refund of your order according to our refund policy.
  • Any cancellation notified to us less than 1 day prior to the delivery will result in the full order price being retained by us.

 4.PAYMENT/DELIVERY

  • The delivery dates will be communicated to you by email. You are reminded that delivery times and dates communicated to you are merely indicative. As such, the delivery times and dates indicated to you may vary.
  • Delivery of your orders should normally be done within 72 hours from Monday to Friday. In the event that your delivery will not be effected within 72 hours, you will be informed accordingly.
  • Please note that for all orders placed during the weekend will be processed as from the following Monday.
  • Delivery will be free for orders above Rs 3,500. A delivery fee of Rs 150 will be applicable for any order of a lesser amount.
  • For the purposes of delivery, we will be relying on the address details (“the Delivery Address”) which you have provided placing your order. You are reminded that it is your responsibility to ensure of the correctness of the address provided.      
  • It is further your responsibility to notify us of any change or necessary rectification to the Delivery Address you have provided. Any modification shall be communicated by mail on: melina.euphory@gmail.com at least 1 day prior to the scheduled delivery. We will accept no liability whatsoever for deliveries made to the wrong address, or rendered impossible, on the basis of the Delivery Address wrongly communicated and/or rectified by the customers.
  • Please note that we reserve our right to exclude specific delivery areas, be it temporarily or permanently, for practical reasons.

 5.RETURNS

  • You are reminded that it is your responsibility to inspect your order upon delivery.
  • All discounted items or marked as sale will not be accepted for a return or exchange. Further, gift cards cannot be returned.
  • Unfortunately we do not accept returns for a change of mind, we only accept returns for valid reasons such as an incorrect size, fit problem, or a defect, provided that you have complied with the provisions below:
    • Any issue with your order must be notified in writing to melina.euphory@gmail.com within 2 business days from the date of delivery of the product. With regards to defective products, you must also provide us with clear photos of the defect.
    • The product intended to be returned must be in its original packaging, unworn, undamaged and unwashed, with all tags intact and attached to the garments.
  • If no notification is received from you by 2 days from the date of delivery, the products delivered to you will be deemed to satisfy the product requirements and be of satisfactory quality.
